Contrary to what its name suggests, the Saucony Shadow Original x Bait
is an ethical running shoe. It was made with vegan leather, an artificial
alternative to traditional leather. Other vegan materials were used. The
glue is biodegradable. Saucony and Bait made sure that the pair was designed
by a socially responsible company. The message is clear: to make us aware of the animal suffering inherent to the current consumer society.
A portion of the profits will be donated to a charity that cares for underprivileged
children.
The Saucony Vegan Shadow Original will be available on Saturday, February
15 at Crooked Tongues. Most of the Coq Sportif Eclat you may have seen,
are made with synthetic materials. The difference is that the ones in the
